This event is outdoors. If the weather does not permit an outdoor setup, we will refund your donation/payment.

Setup: You can begin setting up @ 7 am. Begin breakdown by 12:00 pm

You must provide your own equipment ie: canopies, tables, and chairs.
No church tables or chairs will be available for use.
No electricity or running water is available.
Restrooms are available for use.
